Peggy Cooper (John’s mother) passed away last Sunday after fighting cancer for four months. Pray for John’s father, Jack, John, and his family as they grieve and care for each other.
Ray Johnston had a bone marrow biopsy Monday. He has good energy at times during the day. Pray for his protection and for his strength to continue to increase. Pray for wisdom for him and his family as they evaluate the different treatment options.
Barbara Flesher’s surgery was postponed until the first week of August. They will operate on her colon and may remove some other tissue at that time. Pray she goes into surgery strong and that she will be at peace with the wait.
Joel Hurley is in the middle of another round of chemotherapy as he continues his fight with cancer. He is functioning well and feeling well physically. Continue to pray for his protection.

serve with Campus Crusade for Christ along with the McFarlands who currently serve in the area.  Pray for Ashley as she finishes completing her financial support team.  They are both currently seeking daily prayer partners.  Please pray for the ongoing ministry of evangelism and discipleship among the 100,000 college students in Ekaterinburg.

serves with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Africa.  She just recently had a diskectomy
done to remove a herniated disk in her back.  The doctor was able to schedule the surgery for this month while she and the family are in the States.  She would appreciate your prayers for her recovery to be quick so that she will be able to return to Kenya on August 10.  Your prayers are greatly appreciated.
